Fort Collins visit - September 2008
We went up to Ft. Collins to visit our friends Dave, Jamie and their two boys - Jack and Isaac. After lunch in old town we stopped off at this park that has jumping water. Peyton didn't stop saying 'water' the rest of the day.

5th Wedding Anniversary - Glenwood Springs, August 2nd, 2008
For our 5th anniversary, Greg and I stayed at the Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs. It has some great history and is a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, we found out that it's not the best place to stay in the summer as there is NO air conditioning (this is not information that you can find until you get there). We just happened to be there on the hottest weekend of the year...lovely
We hiked up to Hanging Lake, which is just amazing. It's just about the perfect hike!
You just have to love Colorado!
Grandma and Grandpa's cabin - July 2008

Do I make a pretty flower girl, or what?! Surprisingly, Miss Peyton made it down the aisle behind her 3 cousins - that was a pretty big deal for a 16 month old!!

Peyton had a great time playing with her cousins for a week before Uncle David's wedding! From the left - Katie, Peyton, Avery, and Abby (and yes, my sister actually has one of each in the hair color department - one brunette, one redhead, and one blonde!)
Peyton had a fabulous time running around the poop in the intertube. Without it, she started going too fast and just fell in the water...
